GoTikSave is designed to collect as little as possible. No account, no video storage, no download history.
What we don't collect
- Your videos. We do not host, store, or proxy video files on our servers. When you request a download, your browser fetches the media file directly from the source platform's content delivery network (CDN) or resolution API.
- Your links. We don't keep a history of URLs you paste.
- Your identity. There's no account system, so there's nothing to tie activity to.
What we do collect
- Basic server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention, retained for a short period and then deleted.
- Anonymous usage counts (e.g., how many downloads per day) to monitor service health. These contain no personal data.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies for security (bot protection) and preferences (e.g., language, last used tab). No advertising trackers.
Third parties
Our infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN, security) process traffic data only to deliver the service. When you paste a link and click Download, your browser communicates with third-party link-resolution APIs and the source platform's CDNs to retrieve the public media URL. Those providers receive standard request metadata (such as your IP address and the submitted public URL) solely to return the file. We don't sell data. There is nothing meaningful to sell.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any server-log data associated with your IP, and you can block cookies in your browser (the downloader will still work). Contact: [email protected].
Children
GoTikSave is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and note it here for 30 days.
