GoTikSave respects the intellectual property rights of creators. If you believe content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you can request its removal as described below.

Note: GoTikSave does not host videos. It processes publicly available links on request. A takedown notice here concerns our processing of the reported link.

Filing a takedown notice

Email [email protected] with subject "DMCA Takedown" and include:

  1. Your full name and contact information.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list).
  3. The exact public TikTok or Douyin video URL(s) (or creator profile URL/handle) you want blocked from being processed by GoTikSave.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may be rejected. We aim to act on valid notices within 3 business days.

Counter-notice

Because GoTikSave does not host files or maintain user accounts, acting on a valid takedown notice means adding the reported video ID or creator handle to our internal blocklist so our tool refuses to resolve it. If you are the verified creator of a blocked video/profile and believe a block was placed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the blocked URL, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith mistake, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

GoTikSave does not maintain user accounts. However, IP addresses repeatedly used to process infringing material at scale may be blocked.
